VB Project Analyser Beta 0.3
15 February 1994
README1.TXT
============================
The on-line help found in VBPRJ3.ZIP details how to use the
VB Project Analyser.
To install VB Project Analyser copy the contents of this ZIP file
to a new directory and run the VBPRJ.EXE file.
You will also need to have the VBPRJ2.ZIP file contents in this
directory which contains the necessary support VBXs and DLLs. It
also contains the Analyser database file.
You will need to have the Visual Basic 3.0 programming language on
your machine and Windows 3.1.
The following files are required but are not distributed as part of
Analyser to save space as they form part of the Visual Basic 3
Professional Edition:
VBRUN300.DLL
CMDIALOG.VBX
THREED.VBX
MSOUTLIN.VBX
As MSOUTLIN.VBX does not ship with the Standard Edition of VB this
can be sent to anyone requesting it.
I also recommend that you upgrade your THREED.VBX to a version at
least dated 16 July 1993. Whilst the version shipped with VB 3.0
will allow you to run the Analyser for some reason the grey colour
is replaced with white!
Again, I can provide the updated version or you can get it direct
from Sheridan.
Thank you for investigating this product and sorry for the delay
between Beta 0.2 and 0.3.
VB Project Analyser is currently under development and is
not yet available for general use. The 0.3 version will expire on
the 1 May 1994. However, by then a much-improved and updated version
will have been made available.
The usual stuff about "no warranty is expressed or implied"
should be observed. If you want to pass on VB Project
Analyser you must make sure that all the files remain in their
original forms.
